Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT) is a gentle, hands-on approach that looks at how your body’s systems work together. Instead of focusing only on the area of pain, your therapist considers the whole body — muscles, joints, fascia, nerves, circulation, and organs — to find and treat the root cause of discomfort.
✨ What to Expect in a Session • Your session begins with a short conversation and assessment of posture, mobility, and overall health history. • Treatment is done fully clothed, using gentle techniques such as joint mobilization, myofascial release, cranial sacral, visceral manipulation, and lymphatic balancing. • Each treatment is customized to your unique needs, with the goal of restoring balance and improving your body’s natural ability to heal.
🌟 Benefits May Include: • Relief from chronic pain, stiffness, and tension • Improved posture, mobility, and flexibility • Support for headaches, digestive concerns, and breathing issues • Better circulation and lymphatic flow • Whole-body balance and long-term wellness
These treatments ARE NOT MASSAGE THERAPY and will not use any oils or lotions. The therapy is performed fully clothed, so please wear comfortable, non-restricted clothing (NO JEANS).
NOTE: MOT treatments can now be direct billed to most providers; however, some benefit providers do not reimburse for these treatments (Canada Life, RWAM). It is the clients responsibility to discuss benefit coverage with their insurance provider.
